By using the Cloud X Bloom website or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

We provide custom solutions tailored to your business needs. Specific deliverables, timelines, and project details will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals.
Design Services
Revision
- timelines range between 1 to 2 working days depending on the request.
- Revision availability depends on the selected package. Some packages include unlimited revisions.
- Revisions must be requested within 10 working days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
- Revisions apply to the approved concept only. A complete redesign is not included once a concept has been selected.
- If no response is received within 48 hours for a revision request, the project will proceed without liability on CloudX Bloom.
- Any changes requested after final delivery will be treated as additional work and charged separately. Full payment must be completed before further changes are initiated.
Refund Policy (Design)
- Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the initial design concepts.
- If no request is received within this period, the design will be considered approved.
- Refunds are not applicable once the project enters the revision stage or exceeds the design scope of the purchased package.
Refund Structure:
- Before initial delivery: Full refund minus 10 percent processing fee
- Within 48 hours of delivery: 66 percent refund minus 10 percent fee
- Between 48 to 120hours: 33 percent refund minus 10 percent fee
- After 120 hours: No refund
- Duplicate charges or failure to meet agreed requirements may qualify for a full refund after internal review.
- After a refund is issued, all design rights revert to CloudX Bloom. The client is not permitted to use any concepts or materials shared during the project.
Delivery
- Initial design concepts are delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
- Delivery is made via email or client account dashboard.
- Rush delivery within 24 hours is available at an additional cost.
Ownership
- Full ownership of the final approved design is transferred upon complete payment.
- CloudX Bloom retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Copyright documentation can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
File Storage
- Final project files are stored and can be re-shared upon request.
Communication
- CloudX Bloom is only responsible for communication through official company channels.
- Any interaction through unofficial emails or numbers is not considered valid.
Website Services
Acceptance
- Approval of a quotation or payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
Pricing & Payment
- Quotes remain valid for 30 days.

Payment structure:
- 50 percent upfront
- 25 percent after design approval
- 25 percent before final delivery
- Payments are processed through secure online gateways.
Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide all required content including text, images, and media in a timelymanner.
- Delays in content submission may impact timelines and may result in additional charges.
- Projects may be paused or closed if required content is not provided within one week of project start.
Project Timelines
- Delivery timelines are defined at the start of the project.
- Delays caused by the client may result in revised delivery schedules.
Review & Approval
- Clients are given the opportunity to review the website during development.
- Final approval is assumed if no feedback is provided within 10 days of delivery.
Refund Policy (Web Services)
- Refunds are not applicable once design approval is given and development begins.
- No refunds for services such as SEO, hosting, domain registration, or social media.
- Once a website is deployed on a live or test server, refunds are not applicable.
Additional Costs
- Any third party assets such as stock images, premium fonts, or plugins will be billed separately.
Browser Compatibility
- Websites are developed for modern browsers.
- Compatibility with future browser updates is not guaranteed and may require additional work.
Late Payments
- Outstanding invoices beyond 30 days may incur a monthly fee or service suspension.
Termination
- Project cancellation must be submitted in writing.
- The client will be billed for all completed work up to the cancellation date.
Copyright & Content
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all provided content.
- CloudX Bloom holds no responsibility for copyright violations from client-supplied material.
Design Credit
- A small credit may be placed on the website footer.
- Removal of credit may incur an additional fee.
Server Access
- The client must provide necessary access credentials for deployment if using third party hosting.
Post Delivery Changes
- Any modifications after project completion are treated as separate work.
Domains
- Domain registration and renewals are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Social Media Services
- Social media services require a minimum commitment as defined in the selected package.
- Work will pause if payments are not made on time.
Liability
- CloudX Bloom is not liable for losses caused by delays, errors, or third party actions.
- The client agrees to use services lawfully and assumes responsibility for usage.
Legal
- These terms override all prior agreements.
- If any clause is deemed invalid, theremaining terms will remain in effect.
- This agreement is governed by applicable law.
